These Terms of Service govern your use of the Snipe A Job website and services operated by X7 Enterprises, LLC (“X7,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, calling our demonstration line, submitting a form, or receiving messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we provide
Snipe A Job is an AI receptionist service for trade contractors. It answers inbound calls, responds to leads by text message, qualifies inquiries, and schedules appointments. Features and availability may change over time.
2. The demonstration line
The phone number published on this site connects to an automated demonstration. Calls may be answered by artificial intelligence and may be recorded or transcribed for quality and improvement. Do not share sensitive personal, financial, or health information on the demonstration line.
3. Text messaging
By providing your phone number and consenting, you agree to receive text messages from Snipe A Job about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. 4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access
- Do not use the service to send unsolicited messages or violate anti-spam laws
- Do not misrepresent your identity or authority to act for a business
5. Customer responsibilities
If you become a customer, you are responsible for the lawfulness of the contacts and phone numbers you provide, for obtaining any consent required to contact them, and for complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), A2P 10DLC requirements, and other applicable laws. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your failure to do so.
6. Fees
Fees, billing periods, and cancellation terms are set out in your service agreement. Unless stated otherwise there, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the period already served.
7. Intellectual property
The site, the service, and all associated content, branding, and configurations are owned by X7 Enterprises, LLC and protected by law.
8. Third-party services
The service relies on third-party providers for telephony, messaging, scheduling, and hosting. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or actions of those providers.
9. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, bookings, or revenue. Automated systems can misinterpret input, and calls or messages may occasionally fail to be delivered.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, X7 Enterprises, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
